• Classification: Mercenary (Weapons Development Specialist)
• Nationality: American
• Criminal Record: Wanted by several countries for various crimes, and by his previous employer, SHIELD, for treason and theft of secret archives. 
• Powers: None.
• Unique Weapons: Too numerous to list here. Fixer’s specialty is improvised weapons of mass destruction and he frequently uses a jet pack harness and armored battlesuit in order to get close enough to use them. 
• Known History: Fixer defected with his partner, ex-PsyOps agent Mentallo, to HYDRA after stealing sensitive information from the HeliCarrier not long after completing their SHIELD training. Whether or not the duo were HYDRA double-agents all along or simply opportunists the agency has not yet determined. After performing numerous missions for HYDRA Fixer and Mentallo struck out on their own as independent operators; it is believed they are no longer working together, however.
