• Unique Weapons: Robbins’ cloak empowers him a number of ways, allowing him to walk on air, become invisible, shoot hellfire bullets from his twin pistols, and transform himself into a more demonic form. The Directorate of Technology would very much like to get its hands on this cloak to learn how it accomplishes this. 
• Known History: Parker Robbins’ father used to be one of the Kingpin’s underlings. He died, the mother was in the hospital, and Parker drifted into a life of petty crime. Robbins tried to rob a warehouse and ended up coming into contact with what he thought was some kind of minor demon. 

So he dispatched this “demon” and took its cloak and boots and began using its abilities to become a “kingpin” of super-powered villainy around New York City. 

Observations: “I know SHIELD’s official position is that the mystic arts is simply a different kind of science, but I am afraid this arrogant blindness will lead you into tragedy. Parker Robbins possesses the Cloak of the Nistanti, an artifact long ago smuggled to this plane by Dormammu, Lord of the Dark Dimension, to enact his will on this world through a human’s cat’s paw. I say to you Parker Robbins is the most powerful of these cat’s paws, and no amount of pseudo-scientific theorizing will prove otherwise.
