• Nationality: Asgardian
• Criminal Record: Not applicable. As a designated EDH, however, SHIELD has flagged Loki with an Always-Detain designation whenever he manifests in this plane of reality.
• Powers: Loki evidences a skill set commiserate with “magic use,” the exact definition of which is currently under review by the Directorate of Intelligence’s Terms & Classifications Committee.
• Known History: The Directorate knows little of Loki prior to his first appearance on Earth to attack Thor and his allies in the Avengers. SHIELD will have to defer to its resident expert on all matters Asgardian: Thor.
